1. How can you return a product to ECOLIGHTER?

  1. Send us a message letting us know that you wish to return the order.
  2. Take the box (or boxes) to a parcel point and keep the proof you receive (the cost of a return is for your own account). For B2B customers, this is your own responsibility and your own return instructions apply with your customer.
  3. Once you have informed us that you wish to return a product, we will inform our warehouse that your package(s) is on its way to us. Upon arrival of the package, we check the contents of the box for possible defects. If everything turns out to be in order, we will refund the full purchase price (without shipping costs). You will then receive the amount that needs to be refunded within 7 working days, this can take a maximum of 14 days (after receipt of the goods).

  1. When can you return an order to ECOLIGHTER and what do we not accept?

    Below is a brief list of what we do not accept in the event of a return.

    ECOLIGHTER will not accept your return if:
  • The product contains traces of use. The product must be free of wear and tear, wood residues/traces of use, hair and other items that do not belong on the product.
  • The product is no longer in its original packaging.
  • The product is damaged by use and/or unsaleable after receipt by ECOLIGHTER.

If this is the case, we will contact you and send the package back to you.


3. Reimbursement of ECOLIGHTER

At ECOLIGHTER we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If a product is not to your liking, we will work with you to find the right solution. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product, provided it meets the aforementioned conditions.

When the product has been returned to us, you will receive a maximum of 14 days later (on average 1-2 working days) the amount back on your account (with which you have paid with us, we cannot transfer amounts to other accounts) including any shipping costs that you have paid with us.


You will not receive any compensation from us for:

  • Cost of your return (label)
  • Possible surcharges
  • These are all at your own expense
